Location: Perpignan, Le Castillet / Musée Casa Pairal
Event date: 21 February 2026

On 21 February 2026, an event took place in Perpignan to mark the anniversary of the full-scale invasion of Russia into Ukraine. The event brought together the Ukrainian community: a prayer was held and Ukrainian songs were performed.

Anna Mamchur joined the event with an open-air exhibition of approximately 10 paintings. The exhibition was located outdoors near Le Castillet.

The works selected for display were related to Ukrainian themes: decorative compositions in the style of Petrykivka painting, symbolic images ("Berehynia"), as well as works with sunflower motifs and landscapes.

Participation in the exhibition was aimed at supporting the organisers, the Ukrainian community, and presenting Ukrainian art in the public space of the city.
